Role Overview
Drive revenue and collaborations by connecting Zia talent with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Prospect and pitch brand partnerships, ambassadorships, and campaigns.
Deal Management
Build and maintain a deal pipeline; negotiate rates, usage, and terms.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with production/account teams to launch and deliver.
Performance Tracking
Track performance & renewals; produce post-campaign reports.
Industry Representation
Represent Zia at industry events (virtual and occasional on-site).
What We're Looking For
- ✓3–5 years in brand partnerships, talent management, or sales
- ✓A network in fashion/beauty/luxury is a big plus
- ✓Strong negotiation and contract literacy
- ✓CRM discipline and quota-carrying mindset
- ✓Experience with creator economy platforms (preferred)
- ✓Knowledge of usage rights and licensing (preferred)
